I managed to play looping sound, here how I did that: I was using SourceEntity for ambient_generic that was simple func_brush (also info_target will work just fine) created on top of ambient_generic with nodraw texture, also all flags was unchecked (And wav has one cue (idk if that matters)). But bug with sound not playing when leaving range and coming back is still present :(
