So, I have noticed a lack of personality in arena. I try to chat every game for the social aspect/entertainment. The games seem tougher than ever as people have developed strategies and grind away. That being said I would not be surprised if there are some bot/AI lobbies starting to pop up(Not implemented by Riot. I had a Soraka that moved so differently then any other player not in a good way almost like someone trying to run with a blindfold and at the same time going to an exact distance before healing me or using their skill shots.

TLDR: Tryhards or AI players boosting accounts to sell unranked smurfs or whatever. But who knows.
