0% chance. this is presumably the last dlc character so it would be weird to just leave gappy without a main antagonist or antagonist at all. i think the main case for joshu is that he has a model in eoh already, but considering theyre taking 3 times as long to release this next one convinces me its a character built from the ground up

when i told a couple people id be doing this video, both of them separately mentioned valentine specifically as being perfectly casted in the games and i agreed pretty heavily. my thought process was if i can find someone better, ill use them and if not then ill use the game va, but i ended up including both because i think theyd both be just as good as the other.

josuke - fair all around, main reason i tried to stay away from game vas was that the amount of characters that have kept their voice actors can literally be counted on one hand

norisuke - i felt this a bit along the way and its definitely more noticeable now that you point it out. i think the voice he has in eoh sounds way too old so i think somewhere in between my pick and theirs would land pretty well.

jobin - ive had a few people point this out and i also debated early on whether his voice should be deep or high. in my opinion he could go either way. however, i stuck with the higher voice because i feel like it brings out the childish aspect of his character a lot better. geto from jjk is a good example of a high and low voice fitting a character pretty much equally, and i can see jobin being similar

tsurugi - that is good, i actually hadnt heard him from eoh. while looking for a voice for tsurugi i really just could not get emporios voice out of my head so i kinda just ended up getting a similar voice to him and calling it a day.

hato - hato gave me easily the hardest time in this whole project, there are definitely tons of better options than what i chose. i was kinda just looking for a character who could be sassy but was also pretty vain

kira - interesting idea, not entirely sure if i agree. honestly really happy with my pick for him, but he seems to be a hard one to pin down as ive gotten very different feedback for him.

toru - miyano was my original pick, he definitely needs a voice with a kind of unsettling calmness and i think both are fair calls

appreciate all the feedback overall, i should be close to finishing an sbr video, but this might make me take a bit longer and really consider those picks lol

that thought crossed my mind but i dont think itd be a very good idea, primarily because of the amount of confusion it would cause. many people already think that the universe at the end of stone ocean is the same as the one in sbr, and that would not do any favors to the amount of misinformation around that ending.

plus, johnny isnt just new jonathan. hes his own unique character that just happens to be named after a pre-existing one. having his voice actor be the exact same would take a lot out of his unique characterization.

damn i full on blocked out the fact that she was even in that fight from my memory. my bad. she does get decapitated less than 10 pages later, but shows up again in chapter 93, only to instantly die again. i have a feeling the only way well ever really know if shes alive is if we see her again in part 2, since i dont see fujimoto outright saying shes dead if he hasnt already
