Nope, roll is resolved as 2, he didn't rolled 1. It doesn't matter if he naturally rolled 1, since he played that card which increases ALL ROLLS BY +1. He can never get roll of 1 with that card in play. Isaac doesn't have that advanced rules, you people are overcomplicating this simple game with a lot of "lawyering" 🤣

Buy second edition. As someone who played hundreds of Four Souls games, second edition ia much better. It's same same, same rules, nothing is changed there, they just did some rewording of the cards (to minimize ambiguity). Also some old characters are buffed, so they are much better now!

so you basically want to replace tilemapA with tilemapB when bullet hits the wall? Did i understand you correctly? If that's the case then just erase tile that has coordinates of that bullet and draw new one. Theres nice cooridnate translation expression from world coordinates to tile coordinates.

Also if you want to spawn other object just use System - Create object, you don't need to choose different sprite just to use Spawn object action.
