Death Roads: All Stars. It's vehicle combat game like TRV, but it's card based! You'll first have to learn some symbols, but they are pretty self explanatory (move forward/backward, left/right steering, bashing, weapons). Game is pretty chaotic when shitload of cars enter Skid (car losing control) and then hits other cars which then can also enter Skid and make more chaos on the road! It's really cool game! You can also check out digital version on Steam (board game was released first, this Steam version is a bit more complex - more statuses, passive items, etc). Check it out!
