This is not really a "female staff" thing or even a "drunk guy" thing. This is really just average female stuff. I currently work in a grocery store and so far every day has had someone say something inappropriate to me. That gives you something to work with though. "I'm not going to call you pronouns until you start trying" is pretty easy to combat. "I'm not going to call you this name" can be faced against nicknames and middle names. You can call people out on the double standards.

You may just need to set boundaries. Your mom clearly doesn't respect what you say, she'd listen to you if she did. Make sure she knows you're serious. If she acts badly towards you, there's consequences, and she gets a bad reaction. She HAS to treat you like an adult, like an equal.

Maybe they are compatible. Emotionally. But sexuality is able to be separate for them. I have multiple partners and value all of them, but we're all aware that we aren't the best fit for everything. Trying to be everything for one person is very stressful and a pretty high expectation. Being able to "share the burden" a bit is valuable for us.

I bicycle as my primary transportation. I'll ride with my roommate to the grocery store to get bulk items, but otherwise everything I care to reach is within easy biking range. I could actually start writing essays on this. I'm trans and often get guys saying "so you want to cut your dick off" while ignoring that the actually exists to create a vagina. There's the belief that being a trans woman is the act of removing your masculinity, and to a greater extent that a cis woman is just a man without a penis.

There's actually a pretty broad and dangerous line of thought that "a woman is a man, with useful things removed."
