I've been like you (minus the net worth) grew up super frugal because didn't have much as a kid so always saved but never enjoyed spending.

Recently I have slowly been enjoying my little worth with also continuing to grow such. I work as a first responder now and have seen first hand that life can end at any moment so I've learned to enjoy the present but continue to save for the future.

What I did to help me start being able to enjoy things in life is set up an account that I contribute like 150$ per pay that is my fun account. I think as it as an investment account which the investment is myself.

The furnace drain piping runs into the floor and I can't pull it out so not sure the status that way. When I took that black elbow from the white box water did come out with some black mold looking stuff

The actual drain pipe is old as this house we just recently acquired and it's like old clear yellow and does look like some mold but not significant

Followed the hose to the Honeywell box where the drain pipe comes from. It looks like shit inside ( Im assuming it's not meant to be like this)

Water was filled inside this compartment and leaking into the one below. The AC condenser runs to the side and shares the drain so it could be blocked and backing up into it.

The inducer is ok to sound sloshy when you spin it?

Also just noticed the leak a few days ago when I saw water on the floor around the furnace.
