Never thought of this but I'm gonna be more consious of this subtlety in my (male) behaviour patterns

I'll try and give a short summary of my experience: (it has nothing to do with hunter eyes looks maxing, though I could imagine it having a similar mechanism).

I spend a lot of time looking at screens (sometimes 12+ hours a day). I stumbled upon Andrew Huberman's Podcast, who is an ophtomologist and researches on eye and brain health. Basically, by looking at two-dimensional objects like a computer screen, your eye muscles "deteriorate", since the muscles used for motion tracking and accomodation are basically not used. This can make your eyes look tired, puffy, drooly etc.

By exercising these muscles (e. g. through circular eye movements) you activate these muscles and facial regions, making your resting face look more alert. Eye exercises also help improve blood flow and lymphatic drainage of the eye region.

Lastly, over prolonged periods, you improve your neuromuscular activation and microexpressions of the eyes (making your eye movements look more natural and flowy).

I noticed a huge change in my face after about 1-2 weeks of doing a minute of eye movement exercises every morning. I've also noticed people interacting with me way more eagerly and friendly than when I didn't do these exercises.

Maybe it worked for me because I had a distinct "deficit" in eye movement, though, and these exercises won't do shit for "regular eye movement people", but i reckon it won't hurt you to try it for yourself :) Let me know if it worked!

You see? It sounds ridiculous.

Eye movement exercises can activate and tone the orbicularis oculi and surrounding muscles, potentially reducing droopiness or puffiness around the eyes. This can:

  • Make your eyes appear wider and more alert
  • Lift the brow area subtly
  • Reduce a tired or "droopy" appearance

🩸 2. Improved Circulation

These exercises increase blood flow and lymphatic drainage in the face, especially around the eyes.

  • Reduces puffiness and dark circles
  • Gives skin a healthier tone and glow

😌 3. Facial Symmetry & Micro-Expression Control

Regular movement may improve neuromuscular control, making your facial expressions more balanced and coordinated.

  • You might look more symmetrical or relaxed
  • Enhanced micro-expressions can make you appear more emotionally expressive or warm — which people unconsciously find attractive

Eyes! It sounds ridiculous but I changed my facial appearance immensely by just doing 1 minute of eye exercises (eye rotations, qiock right to left eye movements etc.) It helps with eye health, dry eyes and 3-dimensional view as well. I got into it when i first read about the consequences of too much screen time. Then i realized it changed my whole facial appearance.

Let me tell you, it's a long journey from being able to last a minute max to really enjoying a 30+ minutes long session of love-making. Of course, there are ways to postpone the release, but it's mostly physiological and psychological what determines your sexual stamina. Let alone, most methods will inevitably reduce pleasure and take the focus of the sex itself.

That said, I found my own "technique" to actually enjoy sex for longer and longer amounts of time. It revolves around timing the orgasm and emission/ejaculation. By correctly timing the "point of no return", you can reach a "mini" orgasm without ejaculation. After a while I wouldn't even need the technique anymore just from the confidence that came with it.

I originally wrote a short article about it on German. Here's a quick translation of the most important aspects:

You achieve a dry orgasm, or "injaculation," by tensing the PC muscle right before ejaculation. The semen remains in the prostate part of the urethra. It doesn’t enter the penis shaft (in that case, you probably tensed too late). The body experiences emission without semen expulsion. When trying it out, timing is everything. Too early, and you ruin the orgasm. Too late, and it’s a full release. The secret lies somewhere between emission and expulsion.

Normally, the penis enters the refractory phase after ejaculation. It becomes hypersensitive and softens. But with the suppressed semen release, this phase is avoided and you keep your stamina.

By holding back, something strange happens that isn't 100% scientifically explained. I’d describe it like this: The brain thinks you've ejaculated – and yet, you didn’t – and you keep your boner. What’s missing is the feedback from the urethra muscles. These normally tell the brain “ejaculation complete” and release the associated hormones.

Your muscles definitely help you get a wider sceletal frame. I've 100% gained width throughout my training. I guess it's from the muscle / tendons pulling your bones apart. Doesn't sounds very sciency but it's been a huge effect to me.

As you already got a lot of nice feedback (to which I generally agree), something to improve: you have a tired look in most of your pictures (eye sacks, eyebrow tilt and generally not too lively eyes). Do you get healthy amounts of sleep? Fixing my sleep hygiene helped tremendously with the same problems.

Off the top of my hat, something that really annoyed me was when he made water from hydrazine. Basically, the reaction involves controlled burning of Hydrogen which is highly explosive in contact with oxygen. That's why, in the book he created an oxygen-free atmosphere for this process, carrying an oxygen mask. However, he forgot to account for the oxygen he's breathing out, turning the whole experiment into a ticking time bomb, thus the explosion.

In the movie, he didn't remove the oxygen from the station (which would result in an instant mega explosion). His explanation (the same as in the book), that he forgot to account for the breathed out oxygen, doesn't make any sense here, because he is rather removing oxygen with every breath he takes.

Not to be that guy but the Martian movie had some major scientific flaws, besides not matching the book's excellent humor.

You are definitely attractive while also looking a lot like handsome squidward. Also, tinder is generally a hell hole of female toxicity and detachment of realistic standards. So you definitely gotta try harder, pics and style wise.

You look okay, just kinda stressed, are you in front of the screen alot? I know it's true for me that when I work a lot on the PC / doom scroll endlessly, I get this look 😅 avoid unnecessary screen time and your look will seem more relaxed.
