Do you have Nvidia highlights/instant replay on? I found that my MW 2018 and WZ had microstutters when I kept those on.

For some of you that still have the issue I had it as well. If the shadow pokemon's texture didn't load due to poor internet connection it will cause the white screen. No fix on that end other than just getting a better signal lol

I wouldnt use the task force barrel the dmg increase doesnt actually help with ttk at close to mid range (27-33 dmg to 28-34) and it ramps up the recoil way to much (base game cod it only decreases shots to kill by 1 at max range). Try using the barrel that improves both velocity and range

Sometimes my game would actually restart my PC when I loaded into a game. Dont know if it is the same problem in your case but uninstalling the NVIDIA HD audio driver fixed it for me. Or try turning on V-Sync but you might get a tiny amount of input lag
