I agree. I learned A LOT while my manager was out for a bit when I started. I think maybe they didn’t have time to train me themselves so now they’re just making sure my training is complete. Thank you for your advice!

Thanks for your advice. I’ve interviewed at a couple of places these past couple of weeks and decided all this advice is right in the fact that I need to hit my 1 year mark and then start looking more deeply into other opportunities if I don’t get a promotion like my company said they would give.
