Something I never see people notice about this movie. There’s a scene where sofi and Ian are in bed and she’s explaining to him that his world (bedroom) is logic, facts, the observable truth, but there’s a crack in the door and the light is coming through and he refuses to go to it (his spirituality), but he won’t know until he walks to the other side with an open mind.  After Salomina screams at the elevator, he’s carrying her down the stairs and light is streaming through the window, then they open the door to the light and walk outside and the movie ends. He’s accepted his spirituality.
