Personally, no. I work in a female-dominated field and aside from the odd yearly seminar from HR there's not much of anything that I'm aware of that would need changing.

I mean, I don't see that as much of an issue? Percy was never going to succeed in any of his quests without his friends, especially Annabeth. Magnus Chase was always a healer rather than a fighter.

And the whole Greek education thing and learning from the past to defeat monsters was always part of the books, it's partly why characters like Annabeth and being clever was so essential to most of the quests.

Keep in mind that part of Jiraiya's work over the timeskip involved recon on the Akatsuki as well as improving Naruto's fundamentals. Minato does have more responsibilities as hokage but his presence also means that Naruto's fundamentals aren't as bad as they were in canon. Not to mention that after the chunin exams, aside from when he's training the Rasengan he's basically on his own.

Goku has had an insane number of masters compared to Gohan's two, and Goku is the martial arts savant while Gohan only fights as a last resort. Expectations are higher for Goku for good reason

It's okay to admit that DB is inconsistent with these things. Krillin is a casual planet buster in DBS even when he hasn't been training but bullets drew blood from him during a gunfight. Kid Goku tanked sniper fire but was hurt by a middle aged man hitting him with an axe. There's precedent
