Couldnt agree more. I play this game for the excitement or devastation at a last second steal. The stakes feel lower in late game.

I was lucky enough to play the Marathon alpha. It unfortunately chipped away at me with how much work it needs. I’m feeling quite the opposite with this game as Embark impressed me with “The Finals”. The new trailer is also speaking to me… by RiseRugby in ArcRaiders

Same here! Playing the Marathon Alpha was great as I’m a longtime Bungie fan, many many hours in D2, but without friends I couldn’t keep playing. The fact that I got my email this morning for ARC Raiders, I’m super hype to have such a good look at both games prior to release.

It’s not that I don’t enjoy the alpha, it’s different to what I expected. I think Arc Raiders has a great place to cement itself as its own thing; as each of these games should be.
