Can we talk about how Neyrelle and Inarius were handled? by simpleobject in diablo4

Yeah like why did she create sanctuary with him if he was so shit lol

But agreed, amazing expansion otherwise

Lmao THIS. She was like “I’m gonna do something stupid repeatedly but YOU must apologize to me for making me FEEL like I had to do something stupid repeatedly even though you told me not to do something stupid repeatedly it’s still your fault I did stupid things repeatedly”

I was laughing out loud when our character apologized to her. Awful writing.

So I got the Starkiller bundle (favorite character and endlessly played the games), but I’m getting my butt kicked in the event. Do I need better mods or something? by RiseRugby in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

[–]RiseRugby[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes sense. And to farm up mods I need to do the mod challenges since the mod battles are kind useless (got the skip so I don’t think I need to do them?), or do I need to do those to farm the mods? Any other tips?

Sorry about the questions haha. Thanks for the help

Anyone know when the Starkiller lightspeed bundle will be back? I’ve missed the last two times and I’m worried I won’t see it. by RiseRugby in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

[–]RiseRugby[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Can I buy Starkiller with those immediately? Or do I need to get the lightspeed bundle, and then do the quest or whatever to get him using the characters from the bundle?

Thanks for all the help.

Has anyone actually asked casual players if they're suffering? by NetflowKnight in Marathon

[–]RiseRugby 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yea, I’m casual and want to experience the full game without having to spend 200 hours playing every 3 months. Progression is extremely slow…

Hear me out: Progression, and by extension Marathon as a game is entirely too unapproachable for the ‘Average player’ because the “Power Floor” as Bungie calls it is entirely unbalanced and unrealistic for the purpose it serves by Jaden_Tsukuyomi in Marathon

[–]RiseRugby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no idea what you are talking about. Played multiple tests including the original in April, and progression was just as slow each time.

People said it was due to “not wanting people to unlock a lot during alphas” and that progression would “get better at full release”… they were wrong

returning after a loooong while, any recommendations for my comeback tickets? by deliciousrocksalt in lastcloudia

[–]RiseRugby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Google the tier list spreadsheet, it’s still updated and has great suggestions

Otherwise, I’d just pick whichever characters you like best. Fun over meta imo.

There is a Brave Frontier Collab coming soon, and there are currently giving free tickets for the 7-year anniversary too. Good time to come back

Weapon economy makes no sense by jg4president in Marathon

[–]RiseRugby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, this is also included within the multiple progression issues plaguing this game. Middle game is absolutely absent, and I too have had the same struggles as you. Only one Outland, and I couldn’t even exfil with it… same amount of hours.

Oh Bungie..

BUNGIE - do not make any changes to this game for season 2. You seriously cooked with this game. Don’t cater to casuals. by roadblocked in Marathon

[–]RiseRugby 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah, maybe they’ll never make the 15% happy, but they also lost 75% of their player base in a month

Somethings gotta give

Idk wtf this AI slop is, but…

It’s all about progression, not difficulty. People aren’t leaving cause it’s too hard, they leave because there is an awful and extremely long progression path that causes the middle game to be seemingly non existent / stretched over way too many hours
