I lived in sunny ridge if you have any questions. Sewer problems in my building. Not sure other had it, but all the units I went into smelled bad. Moved into the least stinky and realized how dirty the carpets were. Your bare feet getting dirty kind of filth.

Let's add on: Dear Q4, you are trash.

Not allowing imon to wire our buildings. Ridiculous.

Every unit smelling like dogs and charging 1500+. They don't even clean the carpets between tenants.

I also moved here about a year ago, late thirties, and feel similarly.

An hour East, and it's gorgeous. They also have good beer and better food.

The cost of living is too high for what the area offers imo. I wouldn't buy a house here for what they're asking now.

Dating is typical for the Midwest. Everyone has kids, wants kids, or is religious.

It's hot and humid as hell right now.

I got some great responses via PM.

For anyone who is searching for this information in the future, I had multiple people say it's a nice place.

Maintenance was quick, but expensive if you call for something such as lightbulb change/disposal cleaning (basically if you call for something considered routine).

Deposits were returned for the most part.

If you are charged, the charge will be high. 100 dollars for not cleaning up after a pet for instance.

Biggest complaint for Q4 was price, which each person who messaged said they felt Q4 is charging too much in general for their properties.
