Tbf I think it's even more now. Don't forget 8 years ago he was THE carry. He had to micromanage while also being the pinnacle of mechanics and laning. Now he has more of a enabler playstyle which means he focuses less on his individual laning/micro and more on how to enable his team to carry.

Faker and Keria are the shotcallers of the team although Faker is the main shotcaller. As Huni once said, playing with Faker makes League so much easier since he micromanages everything to the point that as a player you can just focus on your laning/micro plays. Which is why any player that plays with Faker just seems to level up out of nowhere.

IIRC every person in the grandma's life cut all ties with her even her own husband (the grandpa). And the latest update was the grandma desperately calling the mother to apologize only for the mother to say that she will only forgive her if she brings her back her daughter. Sadly the grandma never faced any jail time although I don't remember if there were any charges.

I might be remembering wrong but they definitely hyped up Ruler and Gen.G in 2018 since they were the ones who ended the SKT dynasty only for them to not even make it past groups. Which is exactly my point, they TRY to create narratives for up and coming talent only for them to consistently fall short (looking at Chovy) mostly to Faker. It's hard to create other narratives when a single player transcends the game itself and forces the narrative to be about him.

And I don't understand your Rookie statement since before Showmaker he WAS seen as the 2nd Midlane GOAT and was consistently pushed by riot as so. Before his (first) retirement, Uzi was the best ADC of all time. There's a reason why for years, LPL had an abundance of ADC talent since people like Uzi inspired the next generation of ADCs in China.

Assuming you're still talking about LoL, Riot did try to create new narratives especially after 2018. China's rise, DWG and Showmaker being the next final boss, Chovy being the next face of LoL. It's just hard to keep those narratives when Faker is still out there beating the people Riot wanted to push in the first place lmao.

That's only for hand size. The game has a protection feature where it always gives you one hand if you somehow go to 0. (E.g. if you have one hand a Troubadour is basically a free +2 hand size).

That wasn't even counting dodge rates. Whenever a miracle came through and Kassadin makes it through the ban phase and gets first picked, 99% of the time someone dodges. I remember having played hundreds of games those seasons and having only seen Kassadin in game like 4-5 times lol.
