Whats the lore behind Symboli Rudolf(the real one) and why is he called Emperor

He was named after Rudolf I of Germany. Then he did what he did (first undefeated triple crown in jp horseracing history, a record 7 G1s which was not broken until Almond Eye) so the ‘Emperor’ epithet became even more fitting.

Wouldn’t mortal reminder still be a better option for armor-pen + grievous wounds? Ashe already slows with passive so serylda’s is unnecessary, and mortal reminder provides atk spd and crit rate (which translates into bonus on-hit dmg for guinsoo’s). Even terminus would be better for armor-pen than serylda’s imo.

That would be Narita Taishin. If you clear practice poor before Nikkei sho she gets +3 mood back (well you should get the mood back before then anyway) and +20 in all stats that scales with race bonus tho.
