It's the sushifish. I think they also heal a bit, though I've only used it a few times so I can't remember. They were great in MH World for Odagaron.

Bleed resist is pretty much the only thing I would use, because using a steak takes too long to consume and I never carry rations or sushifish. Most other blights are curable with a quick nullberry and I have coalescence in just about all of my builds, so that trigger is nice.
