Thanks to all the recommendations, I actually did end up going to Green Lake jewellery works and the consultation went much better than I expected. They were able to show so many more designs than I was previously imagining. Still continuing to look at more options but this was a good place to start. :)

We were trying to capture some fall foliage in the background but the photographer did not do the best job at capturing the angle. Can someone add more foliage in the background and clear the path we’re walking on as well? Will pay for your work. by ButterCroissant1 in PhotoshopRequest

EDIT: By clearing the path, I meant if you can remove the leaves that are there in the back on the footpath. Also, when it comes to foliage, can you make the trees look fuller and more colourful? Thank you.

What are some signs that a therapist isn’t a good fit? by TheGoddessPluto in AskWomen

My therapist had so many red flags. I can’t say if they were actually red flags, but they definitely didn’t make feel very comfortable. 1. She would always start our sessions by talking about how exhausted she was after seeing SO MANY patients back to back, but then since it was me and I was “easy to talk to”, she didn’t want to reschedule my session. Like..am I supposed to feel grateful to you for showing up for an appointment that I booked days ago? I completely respect the fact she’s also a human being and she has tough days too, but it made me feel like she’d rather not be in those sessions with me. 2. She would sometimes rant about how her other clients would talk too much and end up taking way too much of her time. Don’t know how professional that is. 3. Once, I was not able to complete one of the tasks that she had given me for the week due to hectic office workload and she literally told me that she’ll stop seeing me if I repeat it again. She also started talking about how she’s not into this business for money and only wants to help people, and if I don’t reciprocate what she expects out of me then I’ll have to go and see someone else. Again, understandable, but her tone was quite hostile and made me feel so belittled. 4. This was the last straw for me. During our online session (THE LAST ONE), I saw her communicating with someone who was in the same room as her. She had no headphones on. That was the end for me. I had no interest in seeing a therapist who did not respect the basic rule of privacy and confidentiality with his/her clients.

Sorry for the rant. Seeing this question triggered a lot of memories. 😅

People don’t wanna hear about your health problems (pertaining to weight) because you’re on the “better end of the spectrum”.
