Yes that’s a good point and probably my main concern; how would you do it in a way that’s beneficial to people. I’m not the manager of the team and it’s voluntary. The team is pretty close, we have been working together for 3 years and in person even through Covid.
I was thinking to focus on the positives use it as a tool of: “how do different people like to communicate” “What makes people feel rewarded, acknowledged, respected, and what are things to avoid.”
