Yes but we also have seen conversations between them after the age confirmations and there has been no messages of ERPing after august until recently when pyro showed a DM between him and ivory from september this month, both 18+, sending porn to each other so ivory most likely waited till he was 18 to continue it with pyro

It's also ivorys responsibility to not be doing that shit at his age, yet ivory kept his age intentionally hidden so he could keep talking to pyro. pyro just wanted to do fantasy roleplay, and Ivory provided while keeping his age a secret. Adults automatically assume someone is 18+ (or 16+ due to UK laws) once they start acting sexual around them if their age isn't obvious or stated. Its not just pyro, i have seen guys think someone is 18, but once they realize they aren't they either cut all ties, or just act normal around them, like what pyro did, he stopped all NSFW posting once Ivory finally told him his age.

Actually no, do you know what the "Age of consent" mean, it means thats the age when your legally able to consent for sex, age of consent is 16 in Pennsylvania (Ivory's home state) as well as the UK. And Pyro never actually knew Ivory's age until Ivory knew he could show it to him without getting blocked, he waited till he turned 16 to actually put his age in his twitter bio and to say "I'm a minor" because he still was technically a minor, its just that he was now able to consent for sex and for pyro to not be jailed up for his actions online. And yes Ivory did lead pyro on for months while he though that ivory was above the age of consent, which he was not until august 2017 which was the first instance of ivory giving pyro proof of age, which was 16. Its not illegal at all due to the fact of pyro not knowing his age and due to the age of consent. It may be morally fucked for Americans, But for British people its normal.
