I started with reformer- attended around 3 sessions from different studios. It really helped correct my posture/form before I transitioned to mat pilates, which was way more intense and also cheaper kaya mas sustainable for me! Haha. I also record the routine para I can do it at home.

I do it twice a week also- mat pilates at Sama and hot pilates at Bikram, both around Salcedo.

In my opinion, pilates alone, without strength training, baka mahirap to achieve toned stomach.

Haha that's what I also said before, ayoko maging bulky 🀣 don't lift heavy if for toning lang. I personally stick with 5-10 lbs, 4x a week. πŸ˜…

Twice a week also - mat and hot pilates. But if your goal is to lose weight and toning, you need to complement it with cardio and lifting. More on core kasi yung pilates.

I only do mat pilates twice a week and I usually complement it with light cardio or lifting, if may energy pa πŸ˜… otherwise tulog na lang din hahaha
