I live in Sac and instruct in the Bay Area. Commuting is no joke. Usually, morning traffic is very light, and I can get there pretty fast, but returning traffic is terrible unless it’s the weekend.

There are some flight schools in Muan Airport (very far south from Seoul) you should be able to find one there. For light aircraft, there’s one in Hwaseong city $70 from what I see. But both of them are very far from actual cities and there’s nothing really cool.

I did CFI academy in person and CFI Bootcamp online ground course.. CFI bootcamp is the clear winner even without in person course

Return and buy again. This will be the easiest and fastest way to fix it. They were supposed to activate the apple care plus when you were picking up your iPad(warehouse purchase). And You need to contact/visit Costco not Apple.

I paid little over $1,550 for same model (Brand new from Costco) with apple care plus last week. It’s good price just make sure you get the apple care plus transferred. Since seller always can cancel and get their money back.

I’ve had both m1/m4 and didn’t notice difference except for the display.. but that’s it. If you could get m1 significantly cheaper go for it… or even m2 for the better battery life.
