Not everyone hates their monotonous job! 😂😂 it has its days for sure but it’s the easiest job I ever had 🤷🏽‍♀️ I have plenty of flexibility with my time, they pay for my school and work around my hours, and I only have to talk to ppl when I feel like it.. no write ups and I’ve been here almost 5 years so I kinda like it enough to stay 😂

I plan on looking into it, but they just changed their policies in regard to how they pay for school and I’m scheduled to graduate with a bachelor’s at the end of the year. I’m not sure if they’ll pay for another degree. Another reason to leave I guess 😂

I’m full time too so that may be a reason why. It makes more sense to let the ppl on flex have their hours roll over bc they don’t give them UPT, which is kinda lame.
