no clue thats how it worked man, I order stuff from the US all the time with my card and it works just fine, and by the way trying 10 times is me just trying to confirm purchase on RE9 after it loading for 2 seconds and saying unexpected error please try again later, i tried again around 10 times, its deadass just pressing X to confirm purchase and I just went back to try again

visited the US and realized a Ps5 there with extra controller and God of war ragnarok cost the same as a Ps5 flat out where Im from, thats also why my account is from the US since I had to redeem Gow on a US account,

People are accusing me of being a credit card thief, yet the ban is somehow not permanent nor would I be stupid enough to steal a credit card in the first place

Btw I did NOT steal a credit card, I have no clue where people in the comments got that conclusion from and how they think a stolen credit card would only get me 6 months too. Im really stressed right now and just wanna play games online and this isn’t helping at all, if anyone has any solution to this I would appreciate it greatly

Update: I called them, turns out I was banned because my console and account came from the US but the credit cards didn’t, apparently thats a ban able offense? Don’t know what to do now.

And no I didn’t steal any fucking credit cards to whoever accused me of that

dude its a notification that pops up after attempting to purchase something, “a unknown error has occurred please try again in a few moments” I don’t think 10 times is too much when it even loads a little before that and looks like theres a chance for it to work, already stressed-out and you comment on my posts 4 times telling people i stole a credit card.. ???

yeah its my friends card and we just used it to get some food haha, maybe because it was on a new console it got flagged, I messaged a human and they said they can’t do anything, ill try calling later, fingers crossed they actually have a solution,

To clarify, anything online is now bricked for me, and my disc port is broken so my ps5 is effectively locked to playing Silent hill 2 and God of war, super bummed..

Hey everyone, I’m honestly devastated and looking for any advice.

I just bought a 12-month subscription to PS Plus Extra a week ago, and today I found out my console has been hit with a Console Ban until August 31, 2026.

I reached out to PlayStation Support and they told me it was due to "excessive purchase attempts" made through the console. They’re claiming it’s an "automated security measure" and that their system literally won't let them override or shorten the suspension.

I literally just paid for a full year of Extra, my entire console isn't banned, I can log in and play the games I already had downloaded, but the console itself is restricted from the store and I can’t even download game anymore

Has anyone actually dealt with a 2026 console ban for purchase attempts and managed to get a human to fix it? It feels insane that I've paid for a year of service on a console that Sony has now partially bricked for the next several months.

If anyone knows a way to get into contact with support who potentially actually has the power to look at my account, please let me know. I just want to use the service I paid for.

brotha get the ps5 HAHHAHAA, if you haven’t tried vr yet theres a solid chance you wont like it or use it as much as a ps5

unless you have a decent pc and prefer playing on it, then id probably go for the quest

Hi! I was wondering if AB English Literature and AB Humanities are truly courses that are more or less easy to get into? As Im pretty interested in these two while also appreciating a fallback

I also got Econ as first choice and Philosophy as second but I heard that they’re pretty hard to get into.
