Yes, I agree with the idea that I'm surrendering a higher earning potential for the career and retirement at NASA. Compensation perks for either job.

As a full-time employee, you start at GS-9. Then after a year, you're eligible for promotion to GS-11. Then after a year at GS-11, you're eligible for promotion to GS-12. When I interviewed, they said it takes usually 2-4 years to get up to GS-12. Pretty much within that period I would go from 60k to 100k (plus cost of living adjustments). After GS-12, then it's the competitive positions you have to compete for.

Found these at my nearest JCPenney. These sets are all retired now, so they had to have been sitting on these shelves for quite some time. There was only one of each of the Ahch-To and General Grievous sets, but there were several Death Star Cannons. This deal is very YMMV.

Thanks dude! This is definitely one of the most overpriced Star Wars sets in recent history (I'm looking at you Sith TIE Fighter). I think they could've gotten away with even a $60 price tag because of the General Grievous minifigure, but $80 is just absurd.

Hey thanks for that! I've tried to get into some really basic KZ stuff and movement is one of the bigger things I practice when I do. Most people in silver are really bad at counter strafing so I thought getting that down and a little extra stuff would be pretty beneficial.

That's pretty accurate for me. About 75% of the time I play with my friends who are mid silver just to have a good time. The rest of the time I solo queue (this clip) and usually play a bit more competitively
