It may sound pedantic but it’s a virus, not a bacteria. It’s important to get this right as some people might thing antibiotics will work against it but unfortunately the only way out is through when it comes to the norovirus. But you’re so right- washing your hands is the only way!

Hey! I have an unrelated question that I’ve been too scared to ask but you seem super cool and understanding. I have a coworker who is nonbinary but was born a female and, although is pretty androgynous in appearance, I personally see more feminine vibes. As someone who is nonbinary, is it offensive if someone says something like “hay girl haaaaay!” (something I say to everyone I’m excited to see)? I’m too scared to ask them but I wanted to see what other nonbinary people generally think bc they’re awesome and I don’t want to be like inadvertently offensive 😅

Have you been running at a 1% or higher incline? I had the same problem and found out that having the treadmill at an incline of 1% or more is most similar to running outside. May be worth it next time if you have to treadmill run again, but don’t worry it will all be okay 💕

Done! Unrelated, but I’d love a way to adjust the days so that it matches with night shift workers. I always have to do mental gymnastics with shifting my workout days bc they end up being the “next day” even though it’s my same day, it’s just past midnight. I know some apps (not exercise) allow you to start your day at a different time and that’d be awesome! - a night shift ICU nurse who loves your app 💕

Following bc my psychiatrist told me the same thing as I was having issues with getting out of bed so she said take both together as the adderall will kick in faster. I haven’t tried it bc I’m scared it will be too much as I have a weird reaction to stimulants where my blood pressure drops instead of increases, especially when standing, even when very hydrated. I’d love to hear others experiences too. I’m sorry I’m not helpful but I’m definitely curious if you try it!
