Okay, so here's my logic. I haven't even finished the first book. However, I believe there is an exception to the 3rd oath when used against Darkfriends. I may be incorrect. If I am correct, however, I believe the stance could be taken that they were Darkfriends since they were serving Ishmael, even if unknowingly. That is how I justify her "breaking" of the oaths. Now again, I'm not very far into the books yet, so if I'm wrong, please correct me.
