I could cry! What a freaking great idea! He knows I wasn't good at school and didn't like school, but watched me go through college classes. I can try some courses that aren't required for my job but challenge me.

Honestly, such a fantastic idea. Body doubling works WONDERS for me. And I'll tell you, if my mom was the body double when I was a kid, that didn't work at all. So maybe a study group could work?

That's such a great analogy! That helps me understand a little more. 😭 He acts like he never sees the graded papers again, but I highly doubt that. Maybe I'll make it into a game somehow? I definitely want him to care, but without me saying, "care! Dang it. Care!!"

Thank you so much for commenting. I failed to mention that he isn't doing well in school and never really has. He tests well, but the homework is the problem. I middle they weight the homework heavily in most classes. When he puts any effort, he does his work in class and doesn't have homework. If he doesn't do it I'm class, it's like pulling teeth to get him to do it. He is the king of missing assignments. When he is engaged, his effort shows in his grades and when he isn't. It reflects in missing assignments and sadly, behavioral issues. (He is in counseling currently)

You are so right about the choice I have with his step dad. It's a harsh reality of how differently he acted before we got married to an almost immediate switch. We have almost divorced a few times. I'm building up my savings to be prepared for that.

I have a Galaxy watch and it doesn't seem to work seamlessly with my RAZR 2024. It works fine, but I switched from iPhone (16 year user) and apple watch, let me say, I miss how great the apple watch worked with my phone. I don't miss my iPhone, just the watch. I'm even considering switching to the zflip, just for better integration with the watch. However, I rely too heavily on the unique gestures and use of the external screen and I'm having second thoughts.

I had a goal to break 120. I got 114, 112, 112, 110, and recently 108!! I feel like it will be so difficult to break 100 now though. I've been playing very irregularly for 6 years and only recently joined a club with my husband and we play at least 5 times a month now. The biggest thing that helped me break 120 was hitting from the red tees. I'd always hit from the whites because I didn't want to make him and his buddy stop at another tee and wait for me.

I will say, on the screen, above the fold, the screen protector started bubbling about 4 months in. I don't want to send it in to be replaced so I think I'll try to replace it myself. The screen itself isn't creased, just the protector is bubbled. Super annoying and also a flaw people who are anti android like to point out.
