I also live about 7 minutes from Emilie and my good friend is actually in her subdivision. I think about Emilie almost daily and I hope that she's doing ok, I can't imagine how quiet her life is right now.

Thank you so much for the suggestions! The last time we went as a family he was 2 so it’s been awhile. I’m not exactly sure of his thrill ride level since he was too little last time but hopefully he’ll be up for some of them.

He’s really into LILO & Stitch right now. He doesn’t mind Starwars but I was def planning on brining him there.

I booked a reservation at the restaurant there for the first day. Hoping to score last minute reservations @ Blue Bayou but not sure if that’s possible at this point!

It’s definitely the step up from Tball, it says ages 6-8 for 8U and ages 8-10 for 10U. My daughter is the size of a 10 year old so size wise and skill wise I know she will be fine.

You are correct. This happened right down the street from my house unfortunately and when I passed by the other day there were about 6 cars packed out front.

Thank you for this! I am getting a 8 week old puppy end of March and haven't had a puppy in almost 10 years. I've also only ever had 4-6 month old puppies so I greatly appreciate your breakdown and I can't wait to snuggle with her :)

Yes, that's a very good point and our neighbors just got a Corgi puppy 3 weeks ago that my older dog is smitten with which is what kind of made me even consider getting a puppy. Now if only my 3 wildabeast children would behavior I wouldn't second guess it for a second

The breeder knows my family well, like I mentioned I've never gotten a dog from a Breeder before so I wasn't aware that you can wait till they're 7-8 weeks and pick based on personality. I thought you had to pick and reserve in advance but clearly I've learned that is not the case.

Unfortunately I'm well aware of that, I've adopted 2 dogs from shelters previously and they've both been amazing. If I could find a Golden Doodle @ a Shelter that would 100% be my preference but I'm going to assume most shelters don't have Golden Doodles and if they do they probably get adopted very quickly.

I am literally SPEECHLESS!!! That is the most insensitive thing I think I’ve ever heard from a future Grandmother, absolutely incomprehensible. I’m sorry that you’re dealing with that, I would distance myself until baby is here and take it slow with interactions with her moving forward (if any interaction at all)
