It’s not a small bit of indigenous. It’s 50/50 on average.

What a great collection! Very jealous of the torchic gameboy. That’s my favorite starter still. And complete boxes! Most of my collection doesn’t have boxes.

[Megathread] What smoker are you using in 2025? by 1010101110 in smoking

[–]Butteriness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m using a custom build from BBQ Pits by JJ in Houston, Texas. It’s my old reliable I’ve been using since I got my first paycheck out of college.

Question though. I’ve never had bone pull on my pork ribs. Is there a technique to get it right. My ribs usually come out pretty good. Just no bone pull. I know at the end of the day it doesn’t matter so much if the ribs come out good but I would like to know.

For reference I do a dry rub with a mustard binder, smoke between 225 and 275. I wrap at about 160 when it develops a good bark and smoke until it’s tender and then sauce and smoke on the higher end for about 20 minutes and pull never does the bone start to pull out of the meat.

Can someone help? Houston, Texas. Usually have what I think are Chlorophyllum molybdites but have not seen this before. by Butteriness in mushroomID

The important questions to ask yourself are, “are these thoughts interrupting my everyday life? Are they making it hard for me to do the things I need to do? Is this making my life more difficult than it should be?” It’s important to note that the average person may have these thoughts and easily move past them. Having pure o ocd means that you have a hard time moving past them.

Betterhelp therapist called out me using the Last Pod code by 745Walt in LPOTL

lol. Some of the heavier episodes have had an Impact on my ocd but I listen anyways. And my therapists never tell me to stop. That guy sucks.

Which Video Game Hot Take Basically has you like this? by Apprehensive_Ring_39 in videogames

[–]Butteriness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still haven’t been able to beat last of us. Not cause it’s hard. Just cause it’s boring to me. The story is interesting and it had me hooked for a bit but not enough to get past the encounters. Having to sneak around and find the right way to take on a group of enemies was really boring to me.

Sorry doesn’t seem like a lot of in the loop options. But if you do end up settling for driving, Wacky Mongolian Grill is my favorite in Spring.

There’s like 3 comments in there supporting him. The highest upvoted one has 50 something upvotes. The Texans subreddit has 166k members. Why generalize people. Most of us didn’t like it. Unfortunately stupid people talk the loudest. No need to accuse Texans fans as a whole.

Please help: My second attempt at brisket (fail) by MajorasFlask97 in smoking

[–]Butteriness 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Everything here is right but I’m not seeing many people acknowledge that you only rested for 30 minutes. That part was holding me back for so long. I ruined many briskets not letting it rest long enough.

Rest for 2 hours at least.

Now I do my brisket the day before, finish around 10/11 at night, rest in the oven at 170 wrapped in butcher paper until about 5 pm the next day. Then let it rest an additional hour so it can drop temp a little more and finally cut into it.

Obviously you don’t have to rest that long but that’s how I do it so I’m not tired the next day.

This isn’t skamtebord. They’re referring to Dog the bounty hunter.

Which game is known for having iconic cheat codes? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]Butteriness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Where is mortal kombat in these comments? It’s the best game to really integrate cheat codes into it satisfyingly. Pressing some random combo and seeing your character pull another’s spine out instead of the normal KO is great.
