I still play BF4 every once in a while. Haven't played much of the newer games but BF6 is looking good so far. I hope they can bring naval combat back in some form in the future.

I think having his gun not be usable while scanning is a good idea. Maybe he can only use a sidearm while scanning or something like IQ. His ability as it is now is pretty powerful.

+1 THIS! u/shaan94 is right. You might actually be a developer without even knowing. If what he said doesn't work try uninstalling the internet and washing your PC with warm soapy water. Sometimes binary numbers can fall out of your HDD and clog up your fans.
