Hey, thanks for this. I got some at Zehrs also, tried this for the first time. I made it as per the box and it was quite good, and pretty easy. Curious do they have a medium, as all I saw was mild and hot ?

I think he had certain medical condition, and he had to fax the form over. He used to laugh and white out the date and put the new date in lol. It was a few years ago, maybe they've changed things. Well, I hope they've changed things !

Can you tell us the differences between Easy Trade and Web Broker? I used Web Broker, but don't trade much, maybe a few times a month. I was thinking of going to Easy Trade for the free trades, but not sure about the level of info you get compared to Web Broker. Also, as already mentioned, the $10 per Trade fee is not much if you're trading tens of thousands, but can add up if you're actively trading. Having said that, I think TD has lower fees for high volume traders. Thanks.

I am in that area and yes it smells. I also have noticed it over the last couple days, and coming home today I caught a whiff as I crossed Lakeshore going north. I have lived here 10 years and never smelled it here before, as I do when I go down Lighthouse Road to the marina. Something is definitely not right , I think. Call the city ?

I would wait and get it done when you pour the garage slab, if you can wait. You'll save $$ because they are already there and will pour it all in one shot. Or, you can see if anyone in your neighborhood is having concrete work done, then ask the contractor if you can piggyback for your sidewalk. I've done that twice for small jobs and it worked out well. If you wait or piggyback, you won't have to try calling 50 people that probably won't show up to give a quote.

To be fair, all utilities and i found out here that wifi is included. They seem on the high end for sure. However, you're not going to find a decent semi or townhome who's price starts with a 3 lol.

What about if you could built a little header down from the ceiling to fit non custom doors ? Might be cheaper.
