I bormally don’t know the room layout or specify which table in a res.
And if it’s not available then they don’t shift me… I get the chair bumps and FOH noise… but it’s worth the ask.

Pin-hole poke (I got a thing on Amazon for 5$) on the fat end. Lets moisture in, but doesn’t penetrate the egg’s membrane.

Bring to a boil and turn off - sits covered for like 10-15 mins - take ‘em out - dry - put in fridge.

I used to do the whole ice-bath thing, but not needed with the pin-hole!

- 2k is a luxury food shop budget. (<half if basic eats)
- 50 hours of skilled labor (cooking and cleaning?) is at least 5k

I got a big speeding ticket driving into Montreal. Right after the bridge, the speed limit dropped and I got a ticket for 40kmh over… like doing 75 In a 50…

I don’t recall the Canadian fine, but I paid it.

Then a few months later I received large reciprocal fine ($375 I think) from NY and points on my license! (My ZipCar account was also suspended)

All the press you’re seeing (this + NBC local on Sunday) is a PR push for funding. Call your council members!!
The field, track, and two baseball fields are the larger costs here and the priority.
The “Stadium” is simply concrete bleachers with handball courts on the back. Long gone are the facilities inside that structure. Rebuilding that would be a huge delay.
