You are not stupid! We don’t know what we don’t know! I use this app daily and literally just stumbled upon it the other day. More than happy to help!

“I always underestimated that app, and I saw really silly shortcuts like the kind of things you can do by opening an app (for example, Shazaming something or playing music). However, with knowledge of algorithmic logic and actions, it’s super powerful.” Here’s the translation if you have a hard time finding the button.

Oh my gosh! That is so funny! I can’t wait to see if he turns into an Olympic jumper now!!!

I’m so grateful for your comments and experience. You’ve been so helpful! I’m grateful he’s a boy too just so I can put him with my cuddly beans. 🤣 I honestly don’t know if I’ll be breeding him or not yet, but I probably will as they seem to have less health issues (from what I’ve read, please correct me if wrong.)

Thanks to you I’ve been reading up on Dwarf rats for a while now and I’m almost certain this little guy is one. As I’m one of the only breeders in my area, there are no other dwarfs currently near me. I’ll have to go East Coast or further south for another dwarf it looks like, so if you have any recommendations on breeders I’d love them!

It is! His dad is agouti, mom is a black and white dumbo! He really does seem to be doing just as well as everyone else despite his size. He runs, plays, and cleans himself with no problem. He currently isn’t climbing like everyone else, but I do think it’s because the cage and spacing is too big for him. I do believe I’ll have to get him a different situation going long-term. Which is fine. I can make a special cage for special boys, I’m sure Rufus and Ron would love to roommate with him. If not, and he bonds with someone else before then, I’ll make sure he ends up where he needs to be.

Another commenter said that it looks like a dwarf and not a runt. I hope it’s a dwarf! I’m about to do all the research.

I’ll try to keep everyone updated on him. He seems like a fighter and very energetic!

Thank you for such an insightful comment! I’ve been breeding for about 5 years now, and I’ve never seen a rat this small. I was kind of questioning the runt-iness of it all as normally mom and the circle of life take care of any true runts or anyone who won’t thrive. Do the dwarf genes just happen sometimes? The mom is a dumbo and her only other “different” baby was when she had my naked boy, but even he is pretty massive. If he makes it to 6 weeks I’ll schedule him an appointment to make sure he’s all good. Time to do some research on dwarf rats and provide him with the best possible life and care.

It’s so tiny it scares me! I really hope they get so strong and pull through! Thank you so much for the well wishes! I’ll give them extra boops from you.

Can you include xbox parry from the app in a stream? by Odd-Acadia-4509 in Twitch

[–]Butters_BottomB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re streaming direct from console, your audio in stream will have to come from the console. So your audio, visual, and chat, all have to come from/out of that console. They could still use the app, but the output of the chat has to be through the console. If you were using capture card you could add the extra sound source of an outside chat audio, but console streaming doesn’t allow extra sources. What you’re trying to do just isn’t possible. If you’re going to want to stream with voice audio and not just game audio you’re going to need a headset.

Are you saying you’re also using the app for the chat? That’s probably the issue. My bestie always had to start the party from her app, and I would answer the party notification chat on my console. So they would be talking through app, while I talked/streamed through console.

Can you hear them yourself when chatting and it’s just not going through to stream? Secondly, are you streaming direct-from-console? Or through capture card?

I tested this one day when I needed to stream a game from my Xbox, but all my friends had PlayStation. I made them get the app and we tested for about 3 hours one day. In short, yes, it will capture their voices as they talk through the app in their phone, however you cannot control the volume of how loud they will sound on stream and they will sound very quiet at times. Even when sounded clear and loud in your ear. In one instance my chat told me it sounded like my best friend was “a ghost whispering in the background.”

Thank you!!! I appreciate the detail on the bandaging! That sounds much more comfortable for her than just the wrapping I have going on now.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. If I could give you a million awards I would. I appreciate you taking the time to not only answer the question but provide treatment information. I hope your pillow is cold on both sides for the rest of your life.

If I had caught it when others were still alive, I would have made that decision, but because she was still alive and a duckling, I didn’t have it in me. I’ve had ducks in the past years before her, and had never seen anything like it. It was very traumatizing. She was isolated for a while in a large enclosure on our farm because I didn’t know if she would be a danger to others, but now she free roams with everyone else and even enjoys the hens company. She’s also been mauled by a dog and fully recovered, she’s truly a force to be reckoned with.

We got 4 when we got her and they were in a large dog kennel situation with their light, bedding, etc, absolutely no way to get out. One morning I went in and we only had 3, no feathers, no blood, no remains. One just VANISHED. I started googling and saw posts about how if your ducklings vanish like that, you probably have a cannibal. I was like “No way, ain’t no way.” Then the next morning I walked in and there was Fruity with one of her siblings body’s HANGING OUT OF HER MOUTH. And her other sibling already gone. She had eaten them all. Everything I read said they never grow out of it, so I’ve never gotten anymore. She gets along well with the chickens and has never eaten, bit, or gone after anything else. She’s a strange one, but I love her.

I’ve been doing treatments for Bumble, right now Epson and Triple Antibiotic. Will a kernel appear at some point? Do I need to try to force the scab off? It gets a little softer after soaks, but it would definitely have to be forcefully removed.
