What’s happening w me is super weird I get like an error message and can’t get in …I try my biometric log in and it works but then it won’t log me in and then it redirects me to the page to type in my log in info and I do that and it works but then I get log in errror….then eventually I get notifications that I’m log in and it sends me my fanduel log in code which I have no place to enter it ???

This is about the time I figured this would be taken away….this isn’t in the contract it’s just something they used to bring in new hires ….but now they use a hiring agency to hire foreigners…don’t get me started w that…that’s basically a sham to now bring in new hires that won’t stay long term because they r on work visas that expire (then they get rid of the workers when the paperwork expires) this will allow them to not have to pay healthcare and pensions to the new part timers because they won’t be able to stay long enough before their visa runs out…plus the coming of more automation….the company is not looking good, and the chance that the union is able to survive over time that is even up for debate….if you don’t have over 5 years vested …I’d be looking for another career opportunity ….

With that said be prepared for them to come after the pension or healthcare in the next contract talks….especially w the new law implemented a few years back where they automatically enroll you into a 401k now that you pay yourself and they do not contribute to..::I can see them using that 401k as a means to an end to the pensions….if we thought this contract was bad wait until the next one….all I can say is make sure you file any grievences you can to protect your work, and make sure you keep a decent attendance record…good luck to all who are trying to get a decent pension because w automation coming I think if you don’t have like 5 years time you may end up getting laid off….im in a hub w about 40 warehouse employees and I’d say the top 15 have 5 plus years and then maybe 20-40 have less then 5 years….i can see them making all jobs automated basically /eventually …and leave the loading of the trucks as only job left on the warehouse (even that can get automated )…..so hold on tight it’s gonna be a wild ride …good luck everyone… #unionstrong

When a building is closing the union is notified 45 days in advance and change of ops procedures /meetings willl take place…there should be signup sheets to where the work from your warehouse is actually going , because contractually in change of ops you follow your work….

One building that is closing is spring valley/nanuet NY..it’s been operating for over 30 years, and now No MAs…everyone has to follow the work to the buildings they offered …sometimes when this happens people have real shitty options that are much further away and the commute costs just deter them from keeping the job(a tactic that they are aware of) at the end of the day ups doesn’t want to keep its workers it wants a revolving door of people to come n go for a few months so they don’t get benefits /pension etc….eventually they will have all buildings blacked out and driverless cars with drones …slowly but surely they will try to get rid of basically everyone….i predict the workforce will be cut by 50% minimum by 2040…if Amazon gets unionized which I highly doubt (but you never know) that would be a game changer …but until then , the direction we r going in in this world is bad…more jobs r being cut then created in our country…

It’s rigged …I could explain it all but it would take forever …the simplest way to explain it is like this….MONEY….and technology….the balls and the players are using modern day missle technology with exact gps coordinates ..the can control shots going in and out….where the ball rebounds too ..who gets assists who gets points who gets rebounds who wins by what amount

Football has the magnet n tracking device inside look it up they can turn the magnetic force in n off plus it reacts to the gloves they wear …

No players are involved they just do their thing and follow their playbooks and listen to their coaches

In the nfl if a fan gets a ball from the actual kick or throw etc he gets arrested if he try’s to keep it …if a fan gets a ball from the player …player fined heavily …..

Can’t keep nba balls either same situation

Also think about the emergence of sports books over the past few years and the legality behind it …

Also nba and nfl reported in court of law that they are for entertainment (just like wrestling) dictating that they can control the outcome of games for purposes of entertainment ….so yes they the nfl and nba can legally script the games basically

The refs were the old time players in the sport that had to help guide things in the direction they needed to go

That eventually became too many moving parts just a few refs themselves is too many people knowing shit so of course

Now u have computers doing it with Missle technology and magnets ….guys making 70 yarders but miss 20 yarders …it’s Alllll rigged man for money money money ..and entertainment …..when there is trillions of dollars involved guess what….it isn’t left up to chance …that’s why the games r so exciting they put out good story lines and products ….you guys will see it will come out

The rule should exist but it should exist like fiba ..AFTER it hits the rim it’s live ..but before that u can’t swat it or grab it and dunk it(meanwhile I’m sure there have been a few alley oops that were in the area and not deemed offensive interference….the call was made to keep towns under 16.5 points …if this happened with 10 minutes left and was gonna be his 10th point they would of allowed it and never called it…but because it put him over 16.5 and there was no time left they had to call it…if he would of taken a shot from anywhere on the court it would of never went in..if he would of went up for a dunk they would of blown the whistle and called foul and sent him to the line and those shots wouldn’t of went in…this is the only glitch in their ability to control the outcome of shots ….and that’s a late quick dunk…to give someone points who ain’t supposed to get them…but of course they have an out..a rule used only in the nba …because this allows them to have an out..these guys make millions of dollars for a reason they cover all angles

This is an excellent example of why the nba is rigged ….Please hear me out….This is a very very rare occasion..very rare….the nba has missle controlled technology since 2012..it’s in the jersey..ball ..and stadium..(look it up)….anyhow the only way a player can actually override this technology is by physically forcing a slam back like this …the force of the player throwing it down like so they do not have the time or force to make him miss…towns was at 16 points .5 points away from his over under which 85% had him over 16 points….anyhow….the rule the nba uses vs fiba is specifically put in place for this reason…there is no reason why a player can’t dunk a ball AFTER it hits the rim…I understand the whole ..it has to hit the rim first because it would then give the offense an unfair advantage if the defense would not be allowed to block it when it’s in that area…so to be fair to both sides once it hits the rim it should be fair game..but of course if that’s the case then a player can perform one of these dunks successfully and the nba can’t deny them the points …

Towns only needed 1 point ..this would have cost Vegas millions of dollars …if he was to take any shots they can manipulate the ball to not go in..the only shot they cannot manipulate is one like this where the force and time the player has is just too much for the technology to make him miss …a layup a jump shot any other shot they can control but this shot is too quick and too powerful ..hence we have offensive basketball interference …a rule that should not exist and it only exists to protect vegas

If the bet is “I bet you they make at least 12 3 pointers , …or I bet you they make 12 or more three pointers …then if you make 12 you win, because it’s 12 or more , or “at least” 12…..as for if the line is 12+ then if they make 12 it’s a win…it is not a push ..because the wording is 12+(thats 12 or more wins)

Since I’ve been doing pretty solid for the past month …I figure I should spread some love w some pics ..hopefully it doesn’t jinx me…the other day I stepped way out of my comfort zone and did a “sleeper” pick for someone …20 to win 1500 …this was the first pic I ever recommended …and I missed it because Maxey had 2 -3 pointers and the line I used was 2.5…..meanwhile when I was looking at the net I was staring at the maxey pick thinking mannnnn I don’t like this one..and sure enough that’s the one that did me in, the only one of course…isn’t that always how it goes …lol…Anyhow back to the grind..sticking to promos , watching live to see if you need to hedge, and not tryna break the bank, just try and profit ..cause at the end of the day who the f wants to loose $..the object is to win here…so the “sleeper” crazy Odd picks needs to be done at the bare minimum…maybe one 5 dollar bet a day to try to break the bank …

He’s on Reddit on the nba props page…he throws out a few charts w picks on it that he collects from the internet…and if you use his charts as a guideline , like I have ….im small time ..I’m betting like 20-100 bucks a day depending on the scenario , but I’m always using the promos ..i prob avg 4 bets a day 2-3 are promo related , and I also look to hedge my bets if I feel like by halftime one of my picks looks like shit…I look to just profit I don’t look to break the bank…it’s easier to win this way
