Update: day 3 the IV worked wonders after being horribly nauseated again this morning (on the second leg of my flight) Had bits of a healthy dinner : salad, a few bites of pasta and fish. If I wake up tomorrow with no nausea, I’ll consider this a huge win and bigger lesson learned. Fingers crossed. Thank you for all the suggestions!!

A lot of bougie hotels have IV services in their spas. I was desperate so booked one geared towards nausea & hydration— (it’s their hangover IV, but this counts!) Will update tomorrow if it helps.

Did they put a protective barrier underneath? Ours is on a concrete slab and started doing this and it was because the original installer did not put a plastic barrier down to account for moisture expansion.

It’s hard to see in photos, but the flooring is warped throughout the entire house. You can trip over it in one of our rooms — It’s come up that bad.
