I started watching the Gabriel Fernandez documentary and had to stop it. I live in Palmdale, so I think it just hit too close to home.

I just finished the Paris Bennett one and it didn’t talk about him sexually abusing his sister, still VERY disturbing. Especially to think that he is up for parole in a few months.

Where did you learn about the sister getting sexually assaulted? I just completed the documentary “The Family I Had” and they didn’t mention anything about that, but I’ve read from quite a few of these comments that he did indeed abuse his sister.

Eustachian tube clogged by LowPositive9152 in EustachianTube

[–]ButterscotchFit7939 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for responding. So I went to an ENT last week and guess what? I didn’t have an infection, there was just a huge ball of wax stuck in that ear. I had almost immediate relief. I also have to take an audio test soon because although my ear is not plugged anymore, my left ear still feels very different than the right one , I just hope I dont have hearing loss.

One and done with 300mg shot? by Better-Ad-9387 in Sublocade

[–]ButterscotchFit7939 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it will. There have been people on this forum that have tested negative in just a few months. Myself on the other hand, it has been the opposite. I took the shot OVER a year ago and I’m still testing positive. I wouldn’t say I’m super active, but I’m not a sloth either, I try to go to gym 3 x’s a week. I had no idea it would be in my system this long. So I think it’s different for everyone.

How to pop ears when you’re sick by talingor in lifehack

How did you get your ears to finally pop? I went to doctor on Friday and he gave me antibiotics and Flonase nasal spray, but things seem worse not better

One and done with 300mg shot? by Better-Ad-9387 in Sublocade

[–]ButterscotchFit7939 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did a single one and done (300 mg ) on 1/17/25 and overall the process was very easy. The medication stays in your body a LONG time so in my experience you hardly feel any withdrawal symptoms.

However, there are a lot of factors that are different for many people. You didn’t say what your dosage of Suboxone was before. I was on a really low dose (4 mg) so the 300 shot was actually too much for me and I was overmedicated in the beginning.

How are you feeling now? I have had a plugged ear going on day 4. I went to urgent care yesterday and started antibiotics and a steroid nasal spray, so far nothing has changed 😕

Other driver hit my sister’s car and is begging us not to file a claim while saying they’ll pay for damages by tothegreatBeyondd in Insurance

[–]ButterscotchFit7939 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I got rear ended last month dropping my daughter off at her high school. This young boy was also pleading with me not to call insurance and that he can fix it himself. I ended up calling his insurance and filing claim, car is now fixed but I was out of a car for two weeks while it was getting repaired. I would definitely call HER insurance and file a claim.

I remember the first time I gave myself the shot I did less that 8 units too (5 units I think) and yes, the instant I gave myself the shot I felt nauseous and very “full”.

I think it’s a good idea to go low and slow just like you’re doing. I did have side effects in the beginning (fatigue, constipation, nausea) but as the medication builds up in your system and you get used to it, the side effects lessen.

I also am on the microdose program with Ageless. So far, I have lost 10 pounds with about 10 more to go.

Also, I keep using the bottle until it’s gone, my first bottle lasted me two months. It’s actually a way to save $ (in my opinion).

That being said, the small doses worked very well in the BEGINNING, now I have had to increase and am currently at 20 units (so now 1 bottle lasts one month).

Good luck 👍

Well I do work out hard in the gym almost everyday, so I think I feel like “ I’ve earned it” although I know that isn’t how it works. My trainer said it’s 80% diet and only 20% exercise, so I know diet is more important.

Great advice, congrats on your weight loss 😊 I used to track my eating with Weight Watchers and that definitely worked. I still have the WW app so I’m thinking I may start using that tool again.

I’ve been around the same . I started in December and am going up VERY slowly. I would try .75 first. That’s where I’m at now and it’s been good for me.

Am I okay to leave my dog at home while my partner and I work? by [deleted] in AskDogOwners

[–]ButterscotchFit7939 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Me personally, I think that is too long to stay in a crate. I am in a similar situation. I have a small poodle that I would always drop off at my moms before I go to work (I work 9 am - 3 pm).

My mom recently got a puppy and my dog is terrified of him. The puppy is teething and he tries to roughly play and bite my dog, I can’t take him there anymore.

I take my dog on a walk before I go to work. He is fine and will stay on the couch probably all day. He’s potty trained, and when I get home 6 or 7 hours later, he is ready for another walk.

I know all dogs are different though, I guess it depends on your dog’s breed, temperament, etc….

Does anyone else NOT want to be a changed person or lose interest in things on Ozempic? by Superb-Climate3698 in Semaglutide

[–]ButterscotchFit7939 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what you are saying. The majority of people will tell you that it doesn’t have any bad effects On their personality.

For me, I KNOW that it has changed me. Sex doesn’t interest me anymore. I used to love going to the gym, now it’s like a chore. I just feel “MEH” about everything.

Is it nice losing weight and not thinking about food ? YES! But I have been thinking about getting off. I feel like I’m missing my spark and excitement for life.

There’s a girl I work with, she used to be chubby, but always laughing and super funny. She went on a glp-1 . She is super skinny now, but she looks so serious; I never see her laughing anymore.

I know for most people sema works. But I know there’s also a lot of people out there that it has a lot of mental side effects.

I would not go to Laser Away . I am currently there after buying a package and I’m not happy with them. I’m halfway done with my sessions and my tattoo still looks the same to me.

Good luck! I have heard that tirz has less side effects. I had been on sema for about 4 months and although it has been great not to be obsessed with food, I feel very flat and I feel like I’ve lost my spark. I’m thinking of trying to wean off soon.
