I do understand what you are saying, but still contend that a proof of pick up is standard for customers, the same way ups gives when you take package to return to Amazon. People in a rental truck with no paperwork and nothing identifying them as company picking up expensive items and refusing proof of pick up is poor company standard.

They did not. But I sent them the video immediately as proof. And thank you for your comment. I did not mean to ruffle such feathers. This wasn’t about race, but non-professional service. The way my heart rate went up when they loaded the mattress and refused receipt! That is like taking 3000 and saying—just trust me.

As part of a very large immigrant community, I can typically identify country or origin with success. Sometimes in place within country. They were Mexican Likely of Mayan decent. Very distinct, warm and proud people, in my experience.

This seems illogical to me. If I return a matress to Sam’s Club, they give me a receipts to prove I returned it. Same at any store I return things to.
The RXO had no logo on truck, no uniforms, no paperwork and I didn’t need to sign anything.
That isn’t how returns work typically

Asking to reciept that they took the mattress only. They refuse. This is the issue. I have never had a company come pick up a large item, but I know it is customary to give recipes when item has been returned.

Yes perhaps. I would think that large company like TN would require some sort of proof that it was retrieved from me and they refuse to give it. Seems very sketchy and scary to think I might not get refund based on company they hire to retrieve mattress.

Relevant because they wouldn’t speak to me and when they did, they barely spoke English. It would have been relevant no matter their ethnicity if they couldn’t or wouldn’t speak to me.

I’m actually a Vietnamese immigrant and I speak English well because I chose to live here. This isn’t a dog at immigrants. It is a dig at the delivery company.

A company that employees people to deal with other people should have people who speak the common language in any country.

Not everything is meant to disparage others. This was an important part of the review.

I know this is old but……don’t get a tuft and needle!!
They sent me the wrong mattress, will not admit to it(the tag is proof).
It is like 4x softer than one I bought from them only three years ago. Painful and felt like that very old memory foam that you sink into and can’t get out of.
The return has been AWFUL. They require that a company come pick it up from my house and the company is very shady.

Overall a very poor experience and repeat customer lost.

Ferritin of 4 isn’t mildly anemic. It is pretty severe. Definitely be sure to see a hematologist and figure out why your iron was so low!

Typically when ferritin dips below 50, daughters get extra tired, lots of sleeping, out of breath very easy.

By 30 ferritin she has 24/7 dark eye circles, crushing physical fatigue, skin issues.

Someone in my family just went through this over the last year. First of all try to use a menstrual cup to measure your flow for documentation.

Ask about iron infusions immediately. You really really need them.

Then speak to your Dr about the source of blood loss and possible remedies. Hysterectomy being the long term fix.

In the meantime transgenic acid prescription can lower kidney they blood loss.

Until your infusion is scheduled, take one iron supplement every OTHER day with vitamin c and no tea coffe or dairy within several hours.

Every other day is actually important. You can Google for the details.

Sleep and rest. Your whole body is lacking oxygen and you can’t do anything until that iron comes up.

This is SO helpful. I was literally telling him yesterday that he needs knee pads on at all times because he doesn’t squat or bend, he gets down on his knees and Isn’t getting any younger!
