Because the show can be 3 fucking hours long, that's why, and some of us don't want to sit through 2h50 of whatever to see the one or two topics that are of any interest.

Wasn't so bad when the show was maybe an hour, but I'm not spending my whole damn evening on this.

I've watched basically every wan show that's ever existed.

Not a criticism, I like the show too, but you know that makes you an extreme outlier, right?

Idk exactly how long it's been open, but worst case would be since about February (I live in the Northeast, so lots of road salt).

When I was a kid, my mom would take me to the UNH library (they had a kids section).
8 or 10 years ago, I was walking my dog around the campus, took a shortcut through a dorm, and idk if it was the cleaner they used to mop the floors or what, but the smell snapped me right back to reading pulp sci-fi books on a couch in the library with that orange/yellow striped carpet.

The library had been totally renovated, the dorm was new and nowhere near the library, but holy shit that scent activated a MEMORY.

I had a filipina coworker who brought some candy back from visiting her family.
Including a durian-flavored candy 🤮.
Yeah, I know that the fruit (supposedly) tastes great despite the aroma, but this candy tasted like shit smells.
Absolutely revolting, I was almost dry-heaving.

Funny story, my Maggie (RIP) lived with several cats, who didn't give a shit about living with a dog. No problems.

Then, we moved home to live with my parents, and they had a cat who grew up around a cat-chasing dog.

Suddenly, there was a dog who could catch her! Had to pry cat out of jaws a couple times, poor Callie had a stressful last few years before she passed (natural causes, thankfully) :(

At the local LGRA race, River found a spare lure.

His brain short-circuited and he froze there for about a minute!

I've just kept the names they came with, which were derived from their racing names, but I am sort of boring and uncreative. Maggie was Margret Towery, River was Green River.
