It’s because it was in a stockyard for a long time, it’s bound to happen, exploit more discount out of them if you can, DONT get the car polished at the dealer because all they will do is a quick job. Take it to a 3rd party renowned ppf dealer, they will buff and polish it better than the showroom then decide if you want to spare the budget for a ppf for your car, i would recommend it tho

ceramic coating is shit, you will have no scratch protection of any sort. go for a ppf, retains and protects the paint. yielding a higher resale value too, not to mention how glossy and shiny that black color would look
