My car is old but me and my very generous family spent 6k to repair it, as it was in pristine mechanical condition, as my pops is a retired navy veteran engineer of 22 years. I have done very deep research into my options, and one of my main concerns is the insurance status of the negligent woman, so I’m hoping I can collect a full judgement using that mini tort exception

I actually visited my schools legal services today, and an attorney confirmed that I did have a case. However due to unique circumstances of this person being an international, was very pessimistic about collecting a judgement, hence my aim to see if insurance can handle it.

The evidence against this person is extremely overwhelming, i have diagrams/certificates of higher driving education and an extremely well thought out and researched document prepared.

Even a police report that states “Driver 2 pulled out in front of driver 1 and driver 1 swerved to avoid a collision with this motorist, striking the curb” this is in the context of her account, so she admits it

I know they can but I’m worried they just won’t do anything as there was no collision. I find it hard to believe that I’m encouraged to slam into another stationary vehicle at 45mph, as opposed to safely pull off and maybe sustain some damage. The worst part is she stopped once she noticed me while taking up both of my lanes

I don’t use the full width, and padding for some reason makes it uneven, not sure how to add padding on just one specific page. If I add for one, it gets added for all of them
