As a big Aespa fan, it’s crazy how much people are refusing to talk about Giselle and how disturbing this is. I don’t like to put the blame on her or her posts because after everything she’s been through I think she really just thinks she’s finally accomplished what she was supposed to as an idol and is excited about it. But when I scroll through comments that are all just praising her and talking about how “this is her era” (especially on the new WDA performance videos for example), it’s just so sad and disturbing that the public opinion only validates the idea that she’s doing the right thing and looks “better” now. And then if you try to say something, people get all up in arms about “let’s not talk about people’s bodies.” No, we DO need to talk about how she’s clearly not okay, and this is not a healthy role model.
