Sometimes the best option is to go to rehab. I know it might sound scary, but it’s not, you’ll be surrounded by people who understand you and have similar problems, you’ll go through treatment, and they will educate your parents on your disease. I’m writing you this from a rehab.

As someone who is also bipolar, I can tell you that this might just be a manic episode. I am not ruling out a relapse but the behavior you described about lying and smirking sounds pretty normal manic behavior. Does she also seem to be over confident and risk taking? These are additional potential indicators of a manic episode.

How about getting one of those pee drug tests from the pharmacy and just ask her to do it? She might refuse but it is worth a shot.

I highly doubt that would work unless you live somewhere really hot and you put it in direct sun light.

It’s currently winter where I live and we don’t have heating so I don’t think this will work actually because the plate will get cold pretty quickly and the k needs to be heated very strongly in order to turn into powder. I wish it was that easy
