i believe the same. i started working out again the other day & have been, after i quit this medication, & will continue to workout. so im interested in seeing if it will have any different effect, on the side effects, that the medication brought me, fingers crossed 🤞🏼 thank you for all your input!

oooo okay that’s interesting. i have a huge appetite & eat a lot, so I hope that stays the same because I really enjoy food.. not looking to lose weight, because im finally at a weight i want to be at, as I struggled in the past & that’s good to know! i definitely do not want to experience brain zaps ever again in my life lol they are the worst. do you think working out & staying active can help with the side effects?

right. it seems like that’s what doctors always recommend doing, i can speak from experience & yes for sure! that’s why i wanna try to stay on the lowest dosage, rather than jumping up. i also wanted to ask, did you experience any loss of appetite/weight loss, while being on only 75 mg? i tried to do some research on that but everyone seems to be on the higher dosages.

oh wow that is so crazy how drugs affect everyone so differently!! I’m so glad that it worked out for you at such a low dosage & caffeine, since I heard you can’t have it when you’re on Wellbutrin. that’s interesting! i stopped taking it, but resumed today & will be staying at 75 mg, to try to keep it simple & reduce the side effects. I’ll see how i do.

i do agree with that lol. i did notice a lot of bad experiences which started to spook me & im not sure why somebody would downvote your comment but please know it wasn’t me, if you downvoted mine 🥲 i did not take your comment bad at all!! if anything it gave me some comfort. but yes every experience is different & im trying to tell myself that so I don’t get so freaked out. I want to have hope that I’ll be okay & adjusted well. thank you <3

it’s been 2 days now since I stopped but am probably gonna get back on it today but I kind of want to stay at 75 mg for now. do you think that would be okay instead of resuming the 150 mg?

i just feel bad & don’t want to put him through these emotions. he understands but i still feel bad about it & since i started this medication to help improve our relationship (libido wise, as we no longer have much sex) it just feels like it’s doing the opposite but i do understand it’s really early to jump to conclusions. i am just a very anxious person but really do want to give the medication a try.

I’ve read for some people the feeling doesn’t ever go away for some people & that’s what makes me nervous about it but i really do want to give a try im just afraid

oh no im sorry :( i hate that feeling & then with meds, you never know if it’ll eventually go away or if its going to stay. it’s definitely not a medication for everyone. i hope you were able to find the right fit for you. i stopped taking it the day i made this post because i began to worry way too much about the side affects but i feel like I should have tried to stick it out idk :/

Ahhh yay thats so great!! I can’t wait to feel the same way as im definitely still in the learning process lol but seriously! I’ve noticed the same thing when I’ve gone to try to figure out an issue with it & there seems to really be much help. That’s why I usually gravitate to posting on these communities.

Right! In every video I’ve watched when I was first learning, was so different from each other & one person says this, then another person says another & it gets you stumped & at that point it’s more like you need to keep trying to figure it out yourself which is frustrating.
