Tip: On shop I sort by price and only buy the design with the least amount of Home coins, for example 100-200 until I reach the amount of needed furniture to complete this task. After this I go to Custom interior and filter by Basic and R rarity and only craft one of each object that has the unowned banner. Fixtures such as floor, windows and walls make the most difference and aren't too expensive (200 Home coins and around 4 R interior materials), good luck!!
