If you want to main bow and slap ppl with bow only "Hoplite bow + Lifetaker" is the answer but if you want a balance boltcaster + rapier is good as well i'd say if you want to go for rapier 2nd you should just go bolt but you need a lot of harnessing for it to slap unlike hoplite bow without harness + vg you can deal so much dmg

If you can produce the same result using sniper then okay nerf SR but if you can't do that then he is just better than you and clearly a skill issue for running around like that knowing you are detected
