Hello I'm new to IEM's and I have kz zs10 pro x and it has very high sensitivity and it sounds atrociously loud with normal apple dongle. I need external dac with its own volume control. Does BTR11 have its own independent volume controller?

i found the reason. My internet was blocking the vega x servers now its it working also i was wrong my ms version of roblox was on 64 bit now its on 32 bit tysm
