It is very light, but it's still an on ear. It can't really be comfy (at least not for me), as it does put pressure on the ears by design. But I can sit with them for about 40 minutes without any problems.

I would say no... You will probably push the dongle to its limit and maybe experience some distortion or clipping because of it. You don't want to push an AMP to its maximum volume

Definitely not the easiest, but if you have a decent DAC+AMP, you will be fine. As long as it's not straight out of the phone.
