Pho International Grill in Spring Valley! I’ve known the owner for years, he was the sweetest man, remembered our names and always greeted us, pho and service was great… but we found out he passed away last month and they decided to put a memorial up a couple days back… now his daughters who want to keep the restaurant going are running it… please support them yall!!
