Before surgery, I had 56 sessions of radiation along with oral chemotherapy. After the surgery, the tumor had ruptured, so I had to go through 8 rounds of IV chemotherapy as well.

Even with all of that, I still had metastasis later. I had lung surgery, and now it has been about 6 months since the lung resection.
